The NLRB is currently under attack in court. Elon Musk and his company Space X along with AMAZON, Macy's, Starbucks, Trader Joe's and a growing list of corporations are making the case that the NLRB is unconstitutional. Their argument is gaining traction and support from more and more employers.
If they're successful,Teamster organizing and the recent board decision that says drivers of "third party delivery" companies used by Amazon are really employee's of Amazon would be wiped out. The surge in organizing would be meaningless as those election results would also be negated.

Ask yourself, who will protect the NLRB Trump or Harris?
