President O'Brien refuses to put illegal officers of local 391 under Trusteeship.

Dianne Robinson is a union hero.
Carlisa Edwards and some members of Local 391 are organizing this fundraiser on behalf of Dianne Robinson. Stand with Ms. Dianne as we all are working people and we share the same fight. We want honest unions, free and fair elections. We are taking back our union's (POWER), in NC, even though it took 85 years. Local 391 stole our election and a little old black lady from the hood stole it back.

Ms. Dianne committed career suicide when she exposed the union for stealing our election and illegally staying in office. She took it upon herself to battle the Teamsters at the Department of Labor. Ms. Dianne filed a protest challenging the election results, therefore blocking the incumbents from taking office. The results of the election could not be formally certified until all the post-election appeals have been exhausted. As of 4/8/2024 our election has not been certified. The incumbents are not the Winners of the October 17, 2023 local 391 election.

The officers could not be sworn in as elected officers until the DOL said so. They defied the authority of the DOL. They illegally swore themselves into office on January 13th 2024 on Facebook in violation of our Constitution, for all to see. A trusteeship should be performing executive duties for our union. The illegal incumbents are representing us at local 391.

When we were afraid to fight for ourselves. Ms. Dianne fought for us. We have to keep fighting with Ms. Dianne or they will take back what Ms. Dianne has won for us. The chance for a new election. All unions rank and file members can use Ms. Dianne's knowledge to challenge their unions incumbents in their elections. Ms. Dianne is valuable to the entire labor movement.

Ms. Dianne could be in imminent danger. Every single aspect of her life has changed. She is afraid to leave her home at night to go to work at UPS. She exposed what others were afraid to expose. Someone hacked her computer, phone, security system and her livelihood. The fight has forced Ms. Dianne to spend all of her checking and saving. With no income to replenish her accounts. Ms. Dianne can’t call the police for help because the Teamsters and the RPPA are the police/ union.

With UPS historical 2023 contract. Ms. Dianne and others are historically broke, Teamster’s style. Layoffs, hours cut, destitute employees and a bull-crap contract. She earned $82,000 in 2022 and $34,000 in the historical 2023 contract. No one wants to hire Ms. Dianne because she is a union activist, her bid to run for union President and the Teamsters corrupt reputation. Ms. Dianne will need our full support paying her cost-of-living bills and fighting a well-funded union and company. They are destroying her financially and employment wise. They are trying to force her into early retirement so that she can’t continue our fight with us to remove corruption from our union.

I think these allegations need more explanation. I believe you but I don't see how they are at fault.

How did you go from 85K to 34k? What did you expose? How have they violated you to the point that you are in hiding?

Trust me, I spent thousands fighting this union.

I sympathize as I’ve seen friend get attacks badly for his work in our local and against Lyin but I need more information like Dana. Thank you
