The Teamster 200k Club was released by TeamsterLink and would you look at Sean O'Brien's salary. I am so proud of the reform movement that was formed in 2013 that pushed all of these criminals to the top. Contract after contract were shoved down the throats of thousands of members, but yet, these criminals were able to remain in power and make the salaries that TDU once complained about year after year. It will continue to be the same song and dance. Hoffa and company (Hall & O'Brien) proclaimed that they were saving our healthcare at UPS when in reality they were shoving an inferior plan on us. Now we have this deviant, O'Brien claiming the most historic contract ever at UPS and had the nerve to say that he defeated automation and AI when the opposite is true. Take my local (623) for instance, Richard Hooker bragged to a local newspaper that he was making 5% less than his predecessor and then the following year (pre-inflation) he raises his salary 17%.

Take a bow Reformers for letting these scum to remain in power and reap the rewards of the long and arduous work of exposing the criminality of our union. All that personal hard work and money went a long way. Way to go TDU for selling out the people who supported your so called cause. I hope our union is proud of itself.

Honestly the absolute maximum pay officers should receive is top rate of a RCPD, or a flat $100k.

Frankly. If it was 5% above the highest earner, they would make more than the $200k plus club. A,significant group of members make high end salaries. For competent, experienced leaders, who can actually negotiate, settle issues, make valuable contacts, think and act strategically, it makes sense to pay them very well. If they do the job like it should be done, it is an 80-100 hrs a week, working on many levels, and many facets. Always leaving one's family behind. Having said that, there isn't a person in the oz administration that deserves what they make now!! Sorry state of affairs!

Members vote on officer pay raises at that local. The previous officers made more ten years ago than the current officers.

In most places, the Local's Executive Board sets the officer, agent, organizer and staff salaries.

Read the Local 251 Bylaws, members vote on raises there. Read the lm-2's from 2007-13 compared to 2014 onwards. It's all on the dol website.
