Wrong! I got NOTHING. I didn't win the case. They negotiated a two week suspension. A two week suspension for something that Clarence Bagby did. Clarence was jumping up and down screaming. That's why they doctored the video. So, who told you I got 2 weeks pay? Please tell me more, then I will lay out the documents and make both of you look like fools.Comment

Hey Pal... you still here? Check this out. Yellow freight was receiving concessions from the union since 2010. So, when was the union going to tell the members that? This is the people you supported, Pal. Read the recent articles about Yellow. Our union (Teamsters) are admitting that they GAVE the company concessions since 2010. Those are your heroes, Pal. You do know what a concession is right? That would mean that the Teamsters were screwing the workers and telling them how great of a contract they were getting, Pal. That would mean that YOUR union was corrupt!
And, there are some fine upstanding people in New England. Just not you and Sean O'Brien. Hope you had a good Easter, Pal!

I just want to address all the rat fuks at Local 25 who are coming to this forum under your cute names and calling REAL reformers out. WE stood up to Hoffa back in 2013 when he sold us down the stream, NOT you, NOT O'Brien, NOT Richard Hooker! Let's make it very clear, there are people that spent A LOT of time and money while some of you cowards were trying to destroy us. I have receipts. Nobody cares about your stupid ass healthcare called TeamstersCare, it was JUNK compared to ours. Your so-called leader flew around the country on our dime to tell the world how they were going to save our healthcare and replace it with TeamCare. NONSENSE! The rats in our union were selling us out. Look at your pension, rat. It's garbage. We didn't want your rhetoric and I for one don't want it now.
BTW, if you wore that red vest and chanted that Hoffa Hoffa Hoffa sh!t and now want to tell us how bad Hoffa was, don't waste your time!
Here's your hero selling us out you pig faced rat....Comment

Yes, they saw it - even TDU is admitting it - if only to praise O'Brien "Specialists are especially important to keep advanced sorting and AI technology running at automated hubs, where UPS is shifting more of their volume."
UPS specialists and administrative workers at the Louisville Centennial Hub have ratified an agreement that brings under the national UPS contract and paves the way for more than 5,000 nonunion admins and specialists nationwide to also become Teamsters.
Only people saying absolutely nothing about automation right now? OZ and his loyal GEB.
PS: I am very pleased that these specialists are now Teamsters and have union representation. I am a proud UPS Teamster and I think all workers need a union. I will address this nonsense that my criticisms of OZ are "anti-union" at another time. Just putting this here to preempt Louisiana 25 or Opus Dei from saying some nonsense.

25 Louisiana wants to claim this is the "Best and most historic contract pal." Well, I am sure that all the newly unemployed UPS Teamsters feel that way. In fact, Carol Tome's Network of the Future Initiative - which plans to automate "everything" - is just beginning and thousands of jobs have already been cut as volume is diverted to automated hubs. Now, of course one could argue that this is "management's right" - that would be a fine and honest pro-business answer. Yet O’Brien said he was “able … to fight, protect against autonomous vehicles, protect against artificial intelligence, to ensure that our members employed at UPS had a future that was not gonna be replaced by artificial intelligence and robots.”
He lied.
There's truth. There's fiction. Sign this petition.Comment

cowboyteamster, While some may view our petition as a joke, our actions are serious and focused on tangible steps to address the issues at hand. We're actively engaging in organizing efforts, leveraging contractual rights, and standing up to union bureaucracy. Our aim is clear: to mobilize and unite workers nationally and globally against unjust layoffs and closures. Your support is crucial in this fight for fair labor practices. Join us in making a real difference.

Ya know you’re a real idiot cowboy ? ?
I visited Tony today because it’s my vacation and guess what he’s doing? Organizing. The petition is to get people signed up and then get information out about the ai and automation that Lyin’ O’Brien said he solved. He didn’t and now good people are having to scramble a national campaign, hell he’s out there organizing the night shift and preload working all hours and bringing some truth to local 162. He is also the only one that spoke up at the contract ratification meeting last year against Davison despite that causing him to deal with threats of violence. Now some of those same people who hated him are thinking maybe he’s right. So lay offComment

I just spoke to several pig faced rats and they would appreciate it if no comparison is made between them and OZ. They find it insulting.Comment

There are some fine people in the New England area including Boston. It's just these certain people who hide behind a name to take stabs at people that are far from the truth. They've done it at other forums. Funny thing is they will never do it on Facebook with their real name. Wonder why.Comment

I don't normally come on here at this hour, because I am busy; however I was told that threats were made against me.
"25Medford"
I must express my concern regarding the recent message you posted. The statement, "You have no idea what’s coming pal. Enjoy," raises serious red flags regarding its intent and implications.
As members of our union, we are all entitled to exercise our rights under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) and the Labor Management Reporting and Disclosure Act (LMRDA) without fear of intimidation or reprisal. Both Acts explicitly prohibit threats or coercion against union dissidents.
Under Section 8(b)(1)(A) of the NLRA, unions and their agents are prohibited from restraining or coercing employees in the exercise of their rights guaranteed by the Act. This includes the right to engage in concerted activities for mutual aid or protection, which encompasses the right to dissent and criticize union leadership.
Additionally, Section 101(a)(2) of the LMRDA guarantees union members the right to express any views, arguments, or opinions, and to express dissenting opinions within the union. Section 609 of the LMRDA further prohibits threats or reprisals against union members for exercising their rights under the Act.
Your message seems to suggest a veiled threat or intimidation tactic, which is wholly unacceptable within our union community. Such behavior not only undermines the principles of solidarity and mutual respect but also violates the fundamental rights of union members to express dissenting opinions and engage in protected activities.
Furthermore, given the gravity of the situation, it's pertinent to note that your affiliation with the current union leadership, whether past or present, makes it more imperative that you abide by the laws and regulations governing our union. Regardless of your position within the union hierarchy, all members are bound by the same rules and obligations.
I urge you to reconsider your approach and refrain from making any statements that could be perceived as threats or coercion.
