L.U. 952 isn’t doing well when should we expect to have to cast a vote for a merger like what happened in NV

If that was the case that local would have been swallowed up back when Kelly was the ST. There's accounts that neither 986 or 396 have jurisdiction over so there is no way those locals would "absorbed" into 952. Obviously your a rookie and don't understand the dynamics of Teamster locals

Was seeing that 952 pays for an outside consultant and also pays someone over 60k a year to manage their social media. 952 is a joke

In 2023 Amazon spent $3.1 million on union-busting lawyers. O'Brien spent over $1.5 million of dues dollars on union-busting law firm Nixon Peabody. O'Briens got some catching up to do, but 2024 is off to a good start.

Good start? O'Brien is already fundraising for 2026.

Meanwhile 952 relies strictly on volunteer organizers And doesn’t have anybody that does it Full Time

Did they read the financials at your last meeting or are you just saying they ain't doing good because you have an issue with someone who works there?

Didn't 952 just win a election with some liquor company with a paid organizer?

We have no paid organizers annd the locals that wouldn’t have jurisdiction are close with our GP the point of jurisdiction is moot since political relationships are all the matter

So what are you crying about? A win is a win 2 people or 1000 people.

Make sure you let Silver know how disappointed you are with the 15 new members he worked hard on to get them good representation and respect in their workplace.

it is still an achievement and I respect the person responsible but there’s no argument there but do you seriously not understand the stupidity of having nearly $300,000 of cars but not having an organizer on staff ?

Not disappointed in the Volunteer for taking his own time to do it and organize them what I am upset about is our local spending more on lavish cars than resources to organize and empower workers… so don’t put words in my mouth
