An Investigation of Teamsters Local 952 and Eric Jimenez has commenced

Sources from the IBT and JC42 are alleging the following issues have happened at Teamsters Local 952

    1. Local 952 is bankrupt.
    2. An IBT auditor is doing a forensic audit of the books and personal bank accounts of all officers and employees of local 952.
    3. Eric never repaid dues monies owed to Local 396 on transferred UPS members.
    4. These Local 396 UPS members were actually sent ballots during the Local 952 election and voted.
    5. Local 952 is behind on their per capita to the IBT and Joint Council 42.
    6. Eric is claiming that his Executive Assistant Frank Sevilla’s girlfriend, who is the Local Union bookkeeper, of embezzlement. She mysteriously left in December of last year and hasn’t returned to work.
    7. Vice-President Danny Herbert was removed from grocery.
    8. The auditor also has said the Local Union pickup trucks that the Executive Board authorized the purchase of,have no union purpose. Jimenez needed a truck to pull his new boat.
    9. Besides the Local Union investment Properties, the Local owned buildings are all for sale with no buyers as of yet.
    10. IIO investigator Jerry Pugh also has been assigned to Local 952 to investigate these allegations. There are hundreds of thousands of dolllars missing from the Local Union’s Treasury and unaccounted for.

Sean O’Brien has placed Eric Jimenez in an important leadership position in the UPS/Teamsters Southwest Package and Sort Rider JALM as a co-chair. C’mon Sean, our UPS Members and Local 952 members deserve good, competent and honest leadership.

Sounds like your more interested in Esquivel, than whether there may be a corrupt and incompetent administration at a Teamsters Local Union....

How about a few facts to go with all these claims.

Teamsters Local 952 Business Representative James Lopez boasted on his social media site that Local 952 is the West Costa Nostra, so it seems that he's admitting there's a criminal influence in his Local...

It's a shame that good families are paying dues into Local 952 and their agents think it's cool to reference corrupt organizations.as part of their administration.

So from what i know about the history of Sevilla and Local 952 isn't it fact that Sevilla filled charges with the IRB against the former principle officer Ed Mireles for making business agents miss a payment so that they wouldn't run against him? And that he was threatened with a fire arm in his office for not missing that payment. I have seen the reformer Esquivel on his site called him a rat and talking all this nonsense so how would it be if that happened today? Would he be a champion in the eye's of true reformers or would he be looked down on just like Esquivel and all his followers will continue to do. I'm just curios on how it would be looked at today versus of when it happened in the late 90s

I just know about the way he would sell out members and others for his benefit. Ed Mireles received what he deserved.
