    IBT attorney and Donald Trump

IBT attorney’s firm represents Donald Trump and employers?
This is starting to make sense! If this is true, the IBT GEB should immediately demand that we cut all ties with this firm!

If this is true it's really problematic. Given everything we have seen lately I would not be shocked.

WTF? If true, then it shows we accidentally elected a Proud Boy.

Brian Kelly, former US attorney, WHO DIDN'T PROSECUTE SOB, but went after the others in local 25, on the Top Chef
case, was rewarded by O'Brian at $1,500 per hour, paid by the IBT, out of member's dues, to prosecute Teamsters in SCal, Seattle and NorCal. The fact that the same firm represents trump isn't surprising when you think about it. The former IRB firm, Jones Day, is a giant union busting firm. Funny, that supposedly "true" Teamsters, cheer on decisions of the IIO/tdu/oz government controlled regime, against Teamsters who did nothing more than talk to someone, trying to help the membership. The Teamsters Union, or more accurately, the oz administration is slowly being exposed!

You mean the movie members O'Brien used to picket Top Chef and abandoned? I remember one of them was John Fidler. He went on the What the Heck Show that Frank Halstead of TDU hosted and really ripped O'Brien and new asshole.

Where does it say that lawyer works for the IBT? Or does any work for the IBT? IBT attorneys are from Kentucky and Massachusetts.

Defending? No. This is clearly a company law firm, there are a number of big union-busting law firms. I've yet to see where there is a connection to the IBT?

                      Maybe this?

Brian Kelly defends corporations and executives in federal and state investigations of all sorts including SEC inquiries, insider trading charges, healthcare fraud cases, False Claims Act (FCA) allegations, internal corporate investigations, white-collar criminal defense, and NCAA compliance matters.
Brian Kelly is a nationally recognized former federal prosecutor and high-profile trial attorney. Brian has tried numerous federal cases including, most notably, U.S. v. James “Whitey” Bulger. His seasoned judgment and strategic counsel comes from decades of experience in the U.S. Attorney’s Office in both Boston and San Diego.

Our law firm at Local 623 was replaced (which I supported and was screaming at how horrible they were) with one that has a partner that negotiated the disastrous 2013 UPS contract.

How fucking hard is this? The teamsters union should never be associated in any way shape or form with employer-side union-busting attorneys.

Once again Wiggy gets it right. It's simple, just like Trump is a disease and we should never talk to him.

I'm still trying to figure out where it says that the IBT is associated with this attorney or law firm?
