Under the new UPS Teamsters tentative agreement, part-timers currently working under a Market Rate Adjustment (MRA) will get to keep their MRA rate and receive all general wage increases on top of their current rate. UPS cannot take away your MRA.
Put simply, this means more money for part-time UPSers under the new tentative agreement. Wages only go up! Ballot packets are in the mail and voting is underway. Vote YES to keep your MRA rate and get your raises!
