To wrap up Day One of the 2026 Teamster’s Women’s Conference, 1,500 attendees from locals across North America listened to a panel discussion featuring rank-and-file women who have fought back and won against union busting from their employers at Costco, UnityPoint, and Amazon. New York City Councilor Tiffany Cabán also addressed attendees on the fight to pass the Delivery Protection Act in New York City, which now has supermajority support from the City Council and is on the cusp of being signed into law.



Tomorrow attendees will partake in empowering workshops to strategize, organize, and celebrate everything that makes Teamsters women the driving force of the labor movement.
