Recent financial disclosures have revealed that Amazon has spent $5 million to bankroll an astroturf campaign against the Teamsters-backed Delivery Protection Act in New York City – the largest lobbying donation Amazon has ever made in the city.



Amazon wants to trick New Yorkers with dark money into thinking it supports “small businesses” while it exploits workers and endangers communities. But Amazon will need more than half-baked propaganda to stop the strength and solidarity of the Teamsters.
