Day one of the Teamsters 31st International Convention has come to a close following the unanimous passage of a resolution on UPS contract enforcement.



Earlier in the day, attendees heard from Karla Schumann, Teamsters Western Region International Vice President, Vinnie Perrone, President of Teamsters Local 804, and a group of UPS Teamsters from across the country on their top priorities.



The resolution recommits the International Union to pursuing those goals by reclaiming work that UPS has funneled to nonunion subcontractors.
