Members of Teamsters Locals 600, 688, and 710 have gone to the picket line over Breakthru Beverage’s numerous unfair labor practices (ULPs). Management is also demanding that members waive their lawful right to not cross or work behind a Teamsters picket line at their work location. An agreement without this language would diminish bargaining strength. The Teamsters refuse to bargain away hard-fought contractual rights.



As several locations have contract expirations over the next few years, the network of Breakthru Teamsters nationwide has never been stronger. Those with contractual picket line protections remain on standby to exercise their individual legal and contractual right to refuse to cross a picket line extension. If you pick a fight with one Teamster, you’re picking a fight with all of us!
