The first contract won by Teamsters Local 533 motorcoach operators at Diversified Transportation makes it clear how much Teamsters contracts can positively change lives.



The new Teamsters contract delivers increased wages, a guaranteed seven-hour workday, sick pay, health care, and retirement benefits for the 114 workers who unionized with Teamsters Local 533 last November.



The unit is made up of motorcoach operators who provide transportation services to workers at Lithium Americas’ Thacker Pass, a development and construction project, and to workers at Nevada Gold Mines.
