2,000 members of Teamsters Local 743 at the University of Chicago Medical Center escalated their fight for the contract they deserve by practice picketing over 2 days.



Despite the University of Chicago Medical Center pulling in $3 billion in profit last year, the hospital is offering pennies to the Teamsters who run it. UCMC Teamsters are prepared to do whatever it takes — including striking — to win a contract that reflects their hard work, sacrifice, and skill.
