The Cromwell in Las Vegas now has wall-to-wall Teamsters representation. The front desk members voted to join Teamsters Local 986, aligning with Teamsters already employed by the property in valet, warehouse, and maintenance roles.



The front desk workers, who provide hospitality and ensure guests have a memorable experience throughout their stay, organized ahead of a temporary closure for renovations, securing job protections and seniority rights when they return.



“We joined the Teamsters to protect our rights and make sure everyone has a voice,” said Jashell Timmons, a front desk worker and proud new member of Local 986. “We love taking care of guests, and now we’re standing together to make sure we’re taken care of too.”
