Members of Teamsters Local 120 at Foremost Farms in Richland Center and Lancaster, Wisconsin, have overwhelmingly ratified new four-year contracts. Local 120 members perform essential work across production, sanitation, warehousing, maintenance, and logistics — keeping two facilities critical to Wisconsin’s dairy supply chain running safely and efficiently.



The new Teamsters agreements include wage increases totaling more than 20 percent, higher night shift premiums, increased boot allowances, improved health care, expanded benefits, and a new pay structure that recognizes maintenance skills and certifications.



"These contracts aren’t just pieces of paper — they give our families real security," said Andrew Radtke, a Local 120 member at Foremost Farms. “They protect our jobs, our health care, and our livelihoods for years to come. After months of uncertainty, it feels good to know our hard work is finally recognized and valued.”
