More than 400 members of Teamsters Local 1932 at the Coachella Valley Water District have ratified their first union contract. The new Teamsters agreement delivers higher wages, affordable health care, and critical job protections that will improve the lives of members and their families.



“For the first time, we have real protections and benefits we can count on,” said Robert Hodges, a CVWD Teamster. “This contract brings me better pay, health care I can afford for my family, and respect on the job. Becoming Teamsters was the best choice my co-workers and I ever made.”
