Sysco Teamsters Win First-Ever Regional Agreement

Nationwide, the Teamsters represent more than 10,000 workers at Sysco, and that collective strength is delivering real results. Teamsters are winning amazing contracts — including the first-ever regional agreement negotiated by West Coast Teamsters in California and Nevada.



Sysco is one of the largest and most profitable food service providers in the United States. In 2024, the company reported $1.95 billion in net profits, a year-over-year increase of more than 10 percent. Workers at Sysco are proving that the only way to secure the wages, benefits, and protections they deserve is through organizing and bargaining as Teamsters.
