More than 1,000 Sysco drivers and warehouse workers across Northern California and Nevada have overwhelmingly ratified the first-ever regional agreement at Sysco negotiated by the Teamsters.



The four-year agreement delivers a 34 percent wage increase, significant pension gains, top-tier Teamsters health care, and strong protections against unsafe working conditions and harmful automation practices.



The new contract, which protects members of Teamsters Locals 137, 533, and 853, is the direct result of a credible strike threat that forced Sysco back to the table and left management no choice but to meet Teamsters' demands for fair wages, benefits, and enforceable workplace standards.
