Teamsters from across North America kicked off the 2025 Teamsters Warehouse Division Conference in Los Angeles yesterday.



Attendees heard from Lindsay Dougherty, Teamsters International Vice President At-Large, on the rise of AI and how it’s reshaping our lives, our workplaces, and the future of our union. Chris Rosell, Director of the Teamsters Organizing Department, spoke on the Teamsters plan to organize Costco, alongside other presenters highlighting new resources available through the International Union.



“The Teamsters Warehouse Division is setting the standard for workers in this industry,” said Tom Erickson, Director of the Teamsters Warehouse Division. “This conference is an opportunity for Teamsters across the country to strategize, share ideas, and build on the momentum needed to win even stronger contracts for our members.”
