Teamsters General President Sean M. O’Brien and General Secretary-Treasurer Fred Zuckerman spoke at the Airline Division Conference in Las Vegas this morning, where Airline Teamsters are gathered to strengthen the fight for fair contracts across the industry.



“From coast to coast, Airline Teamsters are at the table pushing back against corporate greed and demanding respect,” O’Brien said. “These multibillion-dollar companies must treat the people who keep them in business as fairly as they treat their executives and shareholders.”



Airline Teamsters have secured powerful new agreements in the past year at ARINC, Sun Country, and Southwest, winning wage increases, better benefits, and stronger workplace protections. Still, members at Allegiant and United remain locked in tough fights for respect on the job and fair pay that matches the critical work they do every day.



“The strength of this division isn’t just in the contracts we ratify or the assets we build up — it’s in the members,” said Zuckerman. “It’s in the work you do every day, the support you show each other, and the unity you bring to the table. That’s what makes our union so powerful."
