A group of 85 cage cashiers at Encore Boston Harbor has voted overwhelmingly to join Teamsters Local 25

A group of 85 cage cashiers at Encore Boston Harbor has voted overwhelmingly to join Teamsters Local 25. They work alongside 140 Teamsters already employed by the casino.

“We joined the Teamsters because we believe in fairness, respect, and building a better future for everyone on the job,” said Ranjana Thapa, an Encore worker and proud new member of Local 25. “It wasn’t easy, but we overcame every obstacle, stood together through the hard times, and never backed down.”
