Today, over 200 Genesis Logistics Teamsters in Stafford, VA, held a practice picket to demand a fair first contract. The drivers, who deliver to 7-Eleven stores across the Mid-Atlantic, voted to join Teamsters Local 322 earlier this year.



Genesis Logistics, a subsidiary of DHL Supply Chain, has refused to bargain seriously and has engaged in numerous unfair labor practices. Last week, workers voted overwhelmingly to authorize a strike.



The Teamsters are demanding fair wages, affordable health care, safe working conditions, and respect on the job. Local 322 members are prepared to strike if Genesis management continues to delay.
