    Republic Teamsters in Lacey, Wash., represented by Local 252 have initiated an unfair labor practice strike.



    These workers operate a transfer facility used by waste companies across Thurston County –– including Washington’s capitol of Olympia and other cities including Lacey, Tumwater, and Yelm.



    The more than 500 Republic Teamsters on strike now will not back down until they’ve received contracts that guarantee them the respect they are owed.
