Members of Teamsters Local 251 at Student Transportation of America in South Kingstown, R.I., have overwhelmingly ratified a new collective bargaining agreement. The three-year Teamsters contract includes a 23% wage increase, a new longevity and attendance bonuses, additional paid holidays, strengthened bidding procedures, Teamsters health care, and access to a secure retirement through the New England Teamsters Trucking Industry Pension Fund.



These 62 bus workers provide essential transportation for Ocean State Transit and deserve every single gain made in this life-changing agreement!
