The Pennsylvania Conference of Teamsters 12th Annual Convention kicked off this morning in Hershey, PA. Members from across the commonwealth heard from Teamsters leaders about upcoming legislative priorities, contract campaigns, and organizing targets for the next year and beyond.



Teamsters General President Sean M. O'Brien, General Secretary-Treasurer Fred Zuckerman, and Pennsylvania Conference of Teamsters President Bill Hamilton spoke about legislation impacting workers, the importance of contributing to DRIVE, and ongoing efforts by the International to strengthen our union. Also addressing attendees was Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick, who discussed bipartisan political efforts at the federal level to support Teamsters and other union workers nationwide.



“Pennsylvania is called the Keystone State for a reason –– you hold everything together,” O’Brien said. “The Teamsters Union is growing bigger, faster, and stronger by the day, and that’s thanks to the unrelenting work of leaders like you.”
