Today, Teamsters General President Sean M. O’Brien hosted House Democratic Leader Hakeem Jeffries for a discussion on the Teamsters’ legislative priorities in the warehouse and transportation industries. The Teamsters Union is working with lawmakers on both sides of the aisle to raise standards for workers in every sector.
“From coast to coast and across party lines, the Teamsters are building and strengthening our relationships with elected officials at all levels of government to advance policies that put our members first,” O’Brien said. “We are grateful to Leader Jeffries for being an ally of labor and we look forward to continuing to work together to deliver for working people everywhere.”
