Employers forcing workers to sit through anti-union propaganda sessions is a barbaric practice that needs to end now. We commend President Pro Tempore Sen. Karen Keiser and other Washington State Senators for banning mandatory captive audience meetings through the passage of SB 5778 out of the upper chamber. We encourage the House of Representatives and Gov. Jay Inslee to pass SB 5778 into law expeditiously.
