Diana is 100% correct and way more polite then she should have been! Any idiot that works for a living who thinks trump is a good idea, needs to admit they are voting not for what they do, not for their Union, but for other nefarious reasons. There is no choice for workers...your future depends on it!

Right on Michael Kyle! This country needs to get back on track. The Democrats have ruined any chance for ordinary Americans to make a decent living. The Canadian needs to keep the Commie bullshit to herself!

Democrats are most definitely not communists. Everyone on the far-left (actual Marxists) despise the Democratic Party as too far to the right.

Tony is right. Socialists don’t like Harris at all.

A vote for Trump is a vote for National Right to Work and an NLRB made up of management attorneys, thats about as anti-union as it gets.

Diana is spot on. This is a charade of Sean's. Personally, I don't know if Sean favors a political party or candidate based on views and opinions of issues outside of those related to Labor. However, I am postive that he knows that Trump is a hater and would seek to destroy unions if given the opportunity. HE KNOWS THAT! Knowing so and appearing at the RNC while choosing not to endorse Harris...while not pointing out the potential grave danger to Labor while appearing to want to appease 47% of our members is IRRESPONSIBLE and INDEFENSIBLE as the Teamsters General President.

Given O'Brien's strange bromance with Josh Hawley, a rabid transphobe who wrote an entire creepy book about real "manhood," alongside O'Brien's other friend Dana White, I think we can be clear - oh yes, and his ongoing weird romance with Trump ("one tough SOB") - what O'Brien stands for.

It seems O’Brien may be following Berlin Rosen’s advice that there is no bad publicity, he has been getting more Media coverage in two years then Hoffa received in twenty three years. Fox,CNN, MSNBC Etc. , photo ops with Trump, fights with Senators and any other publicly he can manage. What’s next ? What’s his real intention for withholding an obvious endorsement?

Is your dislike of Rome overshadowing the accuracy of the statement on her post? I not even sure that it is Rome, even if it is ,it dosent take away from truth of what was said regardless of who said it.

This person is from and lives in Canada. She got lucky and got elected as an IBT VP 35 years ago. Her take doesn’t matter and it’s not news. She is irrelevant and probably has beginner dementia.

Bro...Diana is a retired Teamster. Don't believe for a moment that the POTUS can't have a profound overall effect on our international union (which includes Canada last time I looked). Morevoer, Diana Kilmury represented herself in the way that all Teamsters should..but sadly don't. Luck had nothing to do with her being elected to office. She won by a democratic vote of the membership while running as a reformist in a true sense.

All you say may be true but it must be said she has been an O’Brien supporter mostly do to the fact that Paff has convinced her that HE did the right thing having TDU endorse him. She has attacked this site for exposing truths starting with the inflated “206,000 new members claim” time and time again she has denied Oz’s actions of retaliations and TDU’s failures to report anything negative on O’Brien. While I am glad she finally seems to be seeing through Paff’s bullshit let’s see how long it is until she is making excuses for O’Brien again.

The Democrat Party has been destroying your livelihood for years. Take the people that have crossed our border illegally for example. The Democrats allowed this to happen through "policy" not laws. They get $15,000 debit cards? Who's policy is that? Not the Republicans. Not Trump. Now you have a woman who has been a wreck loose politician for years running for President of the US. She was tagged to fix the problems on the border and now wants do something about it. Reminds me of Sean O'Brien who wants better contracts at UPS. You really want me to vote for her? Don't take my word for it. Here are the numbers....

                9.13.23_camarota_testimony_help_subcommittee_heari ng_on_open_borders_and_workforce.pdf (house.gov)

You will soon be feeling the effects when these immigrants fill these non-union positions and force us dues paying members to compete with them. There will most certainly be downward pressure on wages. Corporations paying lower wages can undermine unions' ability to negotiate better wages and conditions for their members. The construction industry, for example, has seen non-union employers hiring undocumented workers at lower wages, which makes it harder for unionized contractors to compete. Conversely, industries with higher skill requirements have seen less direct impact from undocumented immigration. It was the unions and Democrat Party that have adapted to the presence of undocumented workers by advocating for immigrant rights and inclusion. Take Chicago for instance. They just hit rock bottom and now are forced to raise taxes on the poor.

Is Right To Work problematic? Yes, of course and that's why labor lawyers and politicians drive me crazy. Law will always be an interpretation. None of these people will ever respect a contract in force and that goes for both parties. This is a death spiral. It's definitely a loosing cause when Democrats allow new competitors in the work force (Illegals) and cheer on minimum wages and Medicare For All. But then again, these are the same stooges that keep saying that Trump is a threat to democracy when Kamala Harris never got one single vote in the primaries. I thought Joe Biden wasn't in cognitive decline. I thought he was the candidate moving forward. Guess not. I guess we all forgot what the party did to Bernie Sanders 2 cycles in a row.

Let's take Philadelphia for example. The 3 clowns that ran the city are so corrupt and the electorate just loved them. Two former Mayors and the Electricians' Union leader were all high school buddies. If you ever want to run for office, it all goes through that union's office for approval. Now the union thug is going to jail (finally). The former Mayor is the one who danced and sang that they were a "Sanctuary City". This is what I need to sign up for? The good thing is that they now have a Mayor who's approach to problems is reasonable. The way she is trying to clean up Kensington is admirable. The other clowns didn't care about the city of Philadelphia. They had money to make from the Corporations they shook down. She offered all the addicted homeless help before warning them they need to clean up the sidewalks and streets unlike California who trashed their homeless' personal property and threw them to the curb. Let's not forget when the Chinese President visited San Francisco. Scooped their asses up.

To answer your post. I will not vote for Kamala Harris and her policies of eliminating Private Healthcare in favor a single payer system. I won't be getting in any bread line any time soon either.

Is that really the Rome Aloise from California? LOL He should take his tail and tuck it. Walk away! Be lucky Hoffa saved his ass from prison. It takes a lot of balls to come here and tell us who will destroy our unions. People are trying to make a living in raising children and saving for retirement and this ass hole was stealing from us. Maybe he should look at his own State as an example of what we don't want. High taxes and socialism that gives away their earnings to people unwilling to work let alone join a union.

I would have to agree. She ain't too bright. A Canadian calling Trump racist without citing a single instance. Well, has she read Biden's history? Joe is the last remaining proud DixieCrat. Even bragged he came from the last sate to abolish slavery. Listen to his speech about the 94 crime bill. He didn't want his kids growing up in a racial jungle. She should stick to Canadian politics where if you want good healthcare, you need to pay for it even though they have state run benefits. I don't want to trade mine for government bureaucracy. Some of these people need to learn to differentiate the meaning between "labor" and "union". I am in a union and pay dues. The citizens these egotists rally around don't pay dues nor would they care as long as they have a charlatan tooting their horn.

Here's an example of how the Democrat Party destroyed my healthcare. I was one of 130,000 receiving inarguable the best healthcare money can buy. The Affordable Care Act taxed our plan to pay for it. What did this do? Higher co-pays and deductibles. Not only that, it freed many Corporations from the burden of paying for benefits. That is why UPS walked away from the plan and got pieces of shit like Hoffa to instill a Problem Reaction Solution campaign. We all forgot the problem was we were going to get less if we didn't move to a union run plan with high deductibles (20% on everything initially) and copays. The reaction being the members thinking we "need' to fix our problem. The solution was his cohorts announcing that this contract (2013) was the only fix. So, who did UPS and many other corporations stick with the tax bill? US! UPS collaborated with a corrupt union to get out of paying for a liability the Democrats created.

No worries Mr. Teamster. The tide is turning....

"Single instance". Trump called KKK "fine people". Trump boasts his support for violent, racist, nationalist hate groups. I'll just stop there. It doesn't take a "Canadian" to identify racism. I'm a white guy. I hear it all the time by white folks that think their statements are veiled and not easily recognized. Additionally, Americans are not the only folks that are capable of recognizing racism. I just don't know that being Canadian prevents the ability to recognize racism. And xenophobia for that matter. Yeeesh!
