Thank you to Brother Ryan Ybarra, an informed UPS Teamster who did his research and brought his questions to his local union leaders. By doing so, his concerns around pension benefits, pay, and 22.4s in the new tentative agreement were addressed. Ryan knows this is a great contract for all members.
With ballot packets out and voting underway, make sure to VOTE YES for the new tentative agreement to secure historic wages increases, an end to 22.4s, MLK Day as a paid holiday, no forced overtime, no concessions, and a stronger future!
