Teamsters General President Sean M. O’Brien joined Fox Business on Tuesday and told the truth about corporate mismanagement and self-destructive greed at Yellow Corp.
“Yellow has to look itself in the mirror and accept what it’s done. Our members gave $5 billion in wage and pension concessions for years to keep Yellow moving. These corporate executives blew all of it. Not only must Yellow be taken to task for killing the company, but it’s a painful reminder of how urgently we need corporate bankruptcy reform in this country. Yellow workers were the largest uncredited creditors to the company and they should be the first in line for relief and compensation — not Wall Street or anyone else.”
