Teamsters General President Sean M. O’Brien and General Secretary-Treasurer Fred Zuckerman spoke with union leaders and rank-and-file members on Saturday at Teamsters Joint Council 10’s Delegates Meeting.



Led by Secretary-Treasurer Tom Mari, Joint Council 10 fiercely represents tens of thousands of hardworking Teamsters across New England. O’Brien and Zuckerman addressed attendees about the shared accomplishments and priorities of the Joint Council and the International Union.



“The Teamsters are firing on all cylinders. We’re channeling the militancy of our membership in a way we haven’t done in generations. And we are delivering undeniable results,” O’Brien said. “I know firsthand that Joint Council 10 is one of the most effective and militant affiliates in the entire Teamsters Union. That’s why you’ve been at the forefront of so much of the progress we’ve made organizing new workers and fighting Corporate America. But know this: we’re just getting started.”
