This afternoon, Teamsters General President Sean M. O'Brien and General Secretary-Treasurer Fred Zuckerman continued a day of worksite visits across Maryland, meeting with Local 570 bus workers at the Regional Transportation Agency of Central Maryland, which is managed by Transdev. These members safely transport passengers throughout multiple counties in central Maryland, connecting residents to work, school, appointments, and other destinations and providing an essential public service that communities rely on every day.



Behind many successful transit systems across the country are dedicated Teamsters who keep buses on the road and ensure passengers make it to their destinations safely. From early morning stops to late-night routes, Local 570 workers keep central Maryland moving and prove why strong public transportation depends on a skilled and dedicated Teamsters workforce.
