Hundreds of Rail Teamsters gathered in Chicago for the BMWED’s 6th Quadrennial National Division Convention!



Delegates from more than 350 BMWED lodges came together to strategize on how to deliver results for the membership, promote safety on the job, and push back on the industry’s efforts to kill jobs through mergers and half-baked technology like “automated track inspection.” BMWED’s membership has grown by nearly 7 percent over the last 5 years and proudly represents tens of thousands of Rail Teamsters across the nation.



At the convention, Tony Cardwell, BMWED President, and Dale Bogart Jr., BMWED Secretary-Treasurer, were reelected to additional four-year terms.
