Members of Teamsters Local 243 at McLaren Health's Lake Orion Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Michigan have voted overwhelmingly to authorize a strike. These 80 Teamsters are fighting for a fair contract that reflects the important nature of their work.



As nursing assistants, maintenance mechanics, cooks, housekeeps, and more, Teamsters keep Lake Orion Nursing and Rehabilitation Center running while providing around the clock care for residents. It's time for their employer to recognize their worth and offer them what they deserve.
