More than 2,300 hardworking members of Teamsters Local 631 are powering the 2026 CONEXPO–CON/AGG, North America’s largest construction trade show, held at the Las Vegas Convention Center and drawing more than 130,000 attendees.

Beginning in late January, Teamsters hauled in heavy equipment, constructed 2,000 exhibition booths, and handled countless logistics to make the show floor ready for opening day.

“The Teamsters have a robust apprenticeship that has adapted and changed, just like the equipment and technology that drives this industry,” said Crystal Slaughter, Local 631 Apprenticeship Center Coordinator. “We will always be here training the future labor for setting up this convention to meet those needs and expectations.”
