For nearly three years, Teamsters pilots at Horizon Air, a subsidiary of Alaska Air Group, have been fighting for a fair contract that reflects the professionalism, responsibility, and safety they bring to the job every day.



Alaska pilots and Alaska Air Group shareholders want the same thing: growth and financial stability. But while Teamsters have come to the table prepared and committed to reaching an agreement, the company continues to drag out the process while pilots shoulder the burden of staffing shortages, operational breakdowns, and ongoing disruptions.



Horizon Air pilots aren’t asking for special treatment — they’re demanding an industry-standard contract and real accountability. It's time for Horizon to come to the table with the Teamsters and land a fair deal.
