The UPS Teamsters National Master Contract Enforcement Committee reconvened for the New Year on Thursday at Teamsters headquarters in Washington, DC, and spent time with General President Sean M. O’Brien as strategic plans are revised and strengthened for ongoing contract enforcement efforts at UPS.



The UPS contract enforcement committee is comprised of a rotating selection of rank-and-file UPS Teamsters from around the country, representing full-time drivers, part-time warehouse workers, loaders, sorters, and long-haul feeder drivers. The committee helps develop and engage in contract implementation at all levels of UPS operations, providing digital and in-person resources to members to enforce their guaranteed rights and protections on the job.



“In 2023, UPS Teamsters ratified the strongest contract in Teamsters history with our largest employer, but every single day we must enforce it down to the letter. We must be ready to protect every Teamster at every UPS facility in every state,” O’Brien said. “Our contracts mean nothing without real action on the ground. We encourage all members to stay engaged. Fortunately for our membership at UPS, the Teamsters negotiate the very best contracts out there and we remain eager to apply pressure on this company to do right by our union, day in and day out.”
