More than 270 drivers, mechanics, and warehouse workers at Sysco Portland, represented by Teamsters Local 162, have ratified a new four-year collective bargaining agreement.



The Teamsters contract delivers a 28 percent wage increase, a 15 percent increase in pension contributions, improved paid holidays and vacation time, and strong protections against automation — securing meaningful gains and long-term stability for Sysco workers in the Pacific Northwest.
