General President Sean M. O’Brien and General Secretary-Treasurer Fred Zuckerman joined with more than 550 Hollywood Teamsters this morning to swear in the new Local 399 executive board led by Principal Officer and International Vice President Lindsay Dougherty.
“Every employer needs to know the value of being a Teamster and the quality of work that we deliver. Teamsters provide solutions to problems. Because of that, we need to take back what we deserve in all contract fights across all industries,” O’Brien said, highlighting the importance of Teamsters in every industry to get involved in the upcoming UPS contract campaign.
O'Brien and Zuckerman will continue visiting locals and job sites in California throughout the weekend and early next week.
