UPS Teamsters secured air-conditioned vehicles in our national contract in 2023, but UPS is slow walking their delivery, particularly in the hottest regions where drivers need heat relief the most.



UPS Teamsters are rallying at barns across the country to enforce and utilize our contractually guaranteed heat protections, including delivering tens of thousands of air-conditioned package cars. UPS needs to get its act together and prove how and when they’re putting our upgraded vehicles on the streets.
