After meeting with rank-and-file UPS Teamsters at the Detroit Airport, General President Sean M. O’Brien and General Secretary-Treasurer Fred Zuckerman visited UPS barns in Taylor, Mich., and Shelby, Mich.



"From a greedy, corporate perspective, it’s real simple — UPS is trying to inflate its bottom line, boost profits, and ignore its legal obligations to the Teamsters." O'Brien said. "With this sham buyout offer to full-time employees, UPS has welcomed a dangerous fight to its doorstep. And we’re here to tell the truth and to call this company out. The Teamsters reject UPS’s games and we stand prepared — strategized, organized, and unified — to take on this fight to enforce our contract."
