UPS Needs to Deliver on its Promise of A/C Trucks

Despite UPS’s contractual promise to deliver tens of thousands of air-conditioned package cars to its drivers, particularly in the hottest regions to work, UPS Teamsters haven’t seen the company deliver.



As hundreds of thousands of UPS Teamsters face down the extreme summer heat day after day, UPS can show it’s finally committed to protecting its workers and preventing heat-related hospital visits for our members by speeding up the roll-out of A/C-equipped package cars and vans immediately.
