Teamsters at NetJets are blasting the company for its latest anti-union move amid ongoing contract talks.

Despite clear contract language protecting Teamsters jobs, NetJets is trying to outsource critical maintenance work to anti-union subcontractor SA Aero Invest. This follows a pattern of intimidation against aviation maintenance technicians represented by Teamsters Local 284. During the pandemic, the company threatened to forcibly relocate Local 284 members to undisclosed locations just to gain leverage.

Teamsters saved this company during COVID. Now NetJets is trying to break its promises and bust the union.

NetJets Teamsters won’t tolerate the threats and are taking action to hold the company accountable.
